Terms & Conditions

1. About Our Services

We Care Babysitters is a boutique childcare agency based in Punta Mita & Riviera Nayarit, providing certified, bilingual nannies for families staying in private villas, luxury resorts, weddings, and special events.

Our goal is to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for every child, while giving parents true peace of mind.

2. Booking & Reservations

All services must be booked in advance through our agency or concierge partners.

Reservations are confirmed once availability is secured and deposit/payment terms are agreed upon.

Last-minute requests are always welcome, subject to nanny availability.

3. Minimum Service Requirement

  • We Care Babysitters operates with a 4-hour minimum service per booking.

    Families are welcome to request shorter timeframes if needed; however, services booked for fewer than 4 hours will still be billed at the 4-hour minimum rate.

    This policy allows us to fairly allocate nanny schedules, transportation, and availability.

4. Rates & Payments

  • Hourly rates vary depending on:

    • Number of children

    • Season / holiday dates

    • Service type (daytime, evening, event care, etc.)

  • A deposit may be required to confirm reservations.

  • Remaining balance is typically settled at the end of the service via agreed payment method.

5. Schedule & Overtime

  • A 15-minute grace period is included at the end of each service.

  • Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments based on the current rate.

  • Services extending past midnight must be pre-approved by the agency.

6. Late-Night Transportation

For services ending after 9:00 pm:

  • A transportation fee applies to ensure the nanny’s safe return home.

This fee is added to the final service balance.

7. Meals During Service

For continuous services exceeding 6 hours families are kindly asked to provide one meal for the nanny (breakfast, lunch, or dinner depending on service hours).

8. Children’s Safety & Activities

  • Nannies are not authorized to take children outside the property without parental consent.

  • Special activities (crafts, outings, themed play, etc.) must be arranged in advance through the agency.

9. Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

  • To ensure the highest level of care, we kindly ask families to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding:

  • Allergies

  • Medical conditions

  • Routines

  • Emergency contacts

  • Maintain a safe and respectful working environment for the nanny.

  • Respect agreed service schedules.

10. Agency Standards

All We Care nannies:

  • Undergo background checks

  • Have verified childcare experience

  • Hold CPR / First Aid certifications

  • Are selected for professionalism, warmth, and hospitality standards

  • We Care Babysitters acts as an intermediary agency, matching families with qualified caregivers and overseeing service quality.

11. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We deeply respect the privacy of every family we serve.

  • All personal information remains strictly confidential.

  • Nannies are prohibited from sharing photos, videos, or details related to children, families, or properties without explicit consent.

12. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with sufficient notice may avoid charges.

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a partial service fee.

  • (Full cancellation terms are provided upon booking confirmation.)
