Diana is the founder and heart behind We Care. She brings a creative, intuitive energy that children connect with instantly, while also holding a deep understanding of what families truly need. Alongside Alejandra and Natalia, she coordinates experiences and larger services behind the scenes, ensuring everything flows seamlessly.
She began her journey as a nanny at 19 and, at 29, continues this path with intention and professionalism. While certifications have shaped her skills, it is the families and children who have been her greatest teachers. Diana believes care is a shared exchange — learning from parents, growing with children, and offering her talents with love, presence, and purpose.

She has a thoughtful eye for detail and truly believes that every detail matters. Her care is intentional and refined, guided by genuine connection and a natural ability to build trust. Alejandra turns everyday moments into experiences that feel joyful, well cared for, and memorable.

She has a gentle light and a naturally serene energy that makes both children and parents feel safe from the very first moment. Ana works at the city council and collaborates with us as a part-time nanny, bringing a strong sense of responsibility, sensitivity, and genuine care to every family she supports.
She connects beautifully with babies and young children, especially infants and toddlers, always respecting their rhythms and individual needs. Adaptable, attentive, and composed, Ana offers a calm, loving presence that feels both reassuring and deeply trustworthy.

Jessica is pure energy and laughter, bringing joy and enthusiasm into every space she enters. With over six years of experience working with children, she connects beautifully with all ages.
Families consistently highlight her professionalism, attention to detail, and thoughtful care. Jessica also works part-time at the Punta Mita hospital, bringing valuable medical and pediatric knowledge that adds an extra layer of confidence for families.

Karla has the soul of a child. Her journey with children began over seven years ago in kids clubs across the bay, where she learned to create joyful, engaging, and nurturing experiences for little ones.
Today, she is a yoga instructor and collaborates with us as a part-time nanny, bringing calm, balance, and playful energy into every family she supports. Karla is currently fulfilling her dream of working at a Disney kids club and will be returning in 2026, ready to continue sharing her beautiful energy with families in Punta Mita.

Daniela is a highly trained caregiver with a natural ability to both care for children and create engaging, enjoyable activities for them. She collaborates with us and also works as an external nanny at the Four Seasons, bringing valuable experience from a luxury hospitality environment.
